This year the two older kids were in school together at Freedom Academy. I love Freedom Academy! Here's 5 reasons why:)
1) The students learn at their level. If AJ can do math at Level 3, then he goes to the Level 3 class. If he reads at 6th grade, then he is given access to 6th grade reading books.
2) Vigorous academic curriculum. Saxon math, Spalding reading, Shurley grammar & more.
3) Health and Wellness Code. One example is that the students are offered the opportunity to have weekly water bottles delivered to their classroom for a small fee. You all know what a freak I am about drinking a lot of good, clean water!
4) Extensive and varied extra-curricular activities. Drama clubs, sports, after school art classes, science opportunities- even a parenting class that matches the teaching model of "Love & Logic."
5) Uniforms:) Not the kind where you have to have a school crest embroidered on either, just buy your polo shirts at any store, as long as it is the right color, etc.
